October 22, an online meeting of our English Speaking Club took place. The meeting was dedicated to applying to US higher education institutions and choosing a future path.
The program of the meeting was rich and highly practical. The club members watched thematic videos, analyzed useful tips on the details of the admissions process, and shared their thoughts. Our American guest, Gabi, introduced the students and lyceum students to active vocabulary for discussing studies, majors, and submitting applications. The club members also stepped into the shoes of prospective applicants during an improvised interview session, where they answered questions from an "admissions committee" and learned how to convincingly present their achievements in English.
We thank all the participants for their activity, courage, and wonderful atmosphere! We are confident that the gained experience and language practice will boost everyone's confidence during their real application process to their chosen university.
Stay tuned for announcements and join us at our next meetings!
