October 15, 2026, another meeting of the English Speaking Club brought together students from Dmytro Yevdokymov Sumy Regional Academic Lyceum and Sumy State Pedagogical University.
The topic of the meeting was “On the Rails – The Charm of Train Travel.” The clubbers had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of railway journeys, share their travel experiences, discuss the advantages of travelling by train, and expand their vocabulary with useful English expressions.
The meeting took place in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, fostering the development of communication skills, helping participants overcome language barriers, and encouraging the exchange of experiences between school pupils and university students.
The English Speaking Club is a wonderful opportunity to practise a foreign language, meet like-minded people, and discover new horizons of communication. After all, every meeting is another step towards speaking English with confidence!
